By visiting, browsing, or purchasing from Giftog, you confirm that you:

2. Products & Services

Giftog offers:

  • Customized / made-to-order products (including 3D-printed miniatures and personalized items)

  • Standard, non-customized products

Product images shown on the website are for illustration purposes only. Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to the nature of 3D printing and handcrafted processes.

3. Custom Orders & Approvals

  • Custom products are manufactured only after order confirmation

  • Any previews, mockups, or design approvals shared with the customer are considered final

  • Once approved, no changes, cancellations, or refunds will be permitted

Giftog is not responsible for errors in customization details provided by the customer (e.g., spelling, photos, dimensions).

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as mentioned

  • Giftog reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice

  • Full payment must be completed before order processing begins

In case of payment failure, the order will not be confirmed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics, location, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Giftog is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, or government restrictions

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Key Highlights:

  • Customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable

  • Standard products can be returned within 10 days of delivery, subject to conditions

  • Refunds are processed only after inspection and approval

7. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or an unboxing video for verification

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.

All content on the Giftog website, including:

  • Designs

  • Images

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Product concepts

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access

  • Violate any applicable laws or third-party rights

Giftog reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.

10. Limitation of Liability

Giftog shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Loss arising from misuse of products

  • Minor aesthetic variations inherent to handmade or 3D-printed products

Maximum liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product.

11. Force Majeure

Giftog shall not be responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Strikes

  • Government actions

  • Logistics disruptions

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Delhi, India.

Giftog reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
